Features of elastomer molded parts

P+S elastomer molded parts are manufactured using an efficient low-pressure process as hot-cast elastomers. This special manufacturing process allows the use of comparatively simple molds, which directly translates into low tooling costs. This makes our elastomer molded parts extremely economical and attractive not only for large series, but also for small and medium series.

Another decisive advantage is the high degree of flexibility in design: the individual contour and shape of the component allows us to specifically influence various technical properties and optimally respond to the available installation space. This customized design, combined with our wide range of different material variants, enables an extremely individual design of the elastomer molded parts. This results in solutions that are precisely tailored to the specific requirements of your application and guarantee a consistently high level of technical value.

Materials
