Our new 5-axis CNC machining center is in house! 🚀

Today, we are setting a new standard in our production. The delivery of our new 5-axis machining center is not only an impressive sight, but above all a clear commitment to maximum precision and efficiency and a further expansion of our internal rework processes. What does that mean for our partners and customers?

✅ Shorter turnaround times and even higher repeatability.
✅ Expanded options for the most demanding projects.
✅ In addition to our materials (Diepothan, Vulkollan, Vulkocell and Diepocell), we can also mechanically process machinable plate materials such as UHMWPE/PE.

But wood, MDF or aluminum can also be shaped. The processing area comprises 2,610 mm in the X axis, 1,300 mm in the Y axis and 500 mm at the maximum workpiece height - the processing head has an automatic 12-way tool changer with 2 auxiliary tools.
